Shipping

  • Enjoy Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders Over $50.
  • All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS. Shipping Speed: 2-5 business days.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at support@bigmood.store, and we can begin the process of reshipment. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. 

Returns & Exchanges

At BGM, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’re happy to assist. However, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the impact returns have on our small business and the environment. 

  • Condition for Return: Your item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or other visible sign

Return Process:
  • Step 1: Initiate your return through our return portal. (log in to your account & choose item to return) 
  • Step 2: Prepare the item for return and include the packing slip for quicker processing.
  • Step 3: Select Your Preferred Shipping Option for Returns.
  • Step 4: Drop off your package at the post office within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a refund.

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. 

Orders

At BGM, we take great care in processing your orders, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you encounter any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the issue. We're committed to making things right, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund.

Order Tracking: When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
